Local Employment Partnership Agreement

 

Heb Ex Facilities Ltd  express our wholehearted commitment to working with Jobcentre plus. We will help potential recruits move from welfare to sustained employment and continue to develop there skills to encourage progression in work. This builds on our commitment to benefit the local communities here in the Western Isles. We have entered into an Employment Agreement that include:

  1. Offering work trials for an agreed number of potential recruits.
  2. Offering a target number of places for disadvantaged jobless people.
  3. Offering futher training after recruits join our company.

Heb Ex Facilities Ltd  are currently looking into the opportunity for an apprenticeship schemes to be implemented to give local young people the chance to work and train in horticulture/landscaping.

  • Attempt to develop a wider understanding of environmental issues among our suppliers and employees and where appropriate, our residents.

  • Regularly review our policies to ensure that they remain properly aligned to the need to reduce waste and encourage the most effective utilisation of scarce resources.

  • Responsibility for implementing this Environmental Policy Statement rests with the Directors

 

This Environmental Policy Statement will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. The management team endorses these policy statements and is fully committed to their implementation.
